     My MaxiDiag worked fine for a few months. Now it still works for a few minutes (when not used for a few days), and than it freezes. I only can go backwards in the menu, and scrolling only goes forward on the screen. This can happen in any part of the menu, and is not car-related. The 'ok' button does not makes anything happen, only the 'beep' is still there. It is not a matter of wear, the device has only been used for about 15 times. All the suggested 'updates and install' are done on the SD-card, the device is registered and has free updates. Is there also any software on the Maxidiag itself that could be installed all over again, or is the SD-card the only way to fix software related problems?

    Hi, please try to format the SD card and download all update again to check the result. If there is still problem, then it should be hardware problem. Please contact your dealer for warranty. Thanks!
